Heather Robertson, Freelance WriterMy career as a writer actually began as a child with my first published article in a local newspaper. I realized at an early age that I had this passion for words and hence began my journey to becoming a freelance writer.

I graduated with a degree in Secondary Education/English Based with a minor in Speech/Theatre from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana. I spent years teaching English, Creative Writing and Journalism to high school students as well as serving as the drama club coach. Since that time, I have found that no matter where I am or what I do, writing comes to the surface - it's what I'm good at.

I have published poems with Poetry.com and press releases and articles with local newspapers. I have also published religious pamphlets for circulation in local hospitals. My passion for writing includes poetry, lyrics, stories and articles - even business plans.

I am excited to have the chance to write about things I love - the best motivation and muse. My experiences at traveling abroad in Europe; my career experience as a teacher, in chaplaincy, humane society direction and corrections have afforded me a vast well of knowledge and expertise from which to draw.

Follow me on my latest journey into freelance...I can promise you accuracy, information, variety, currency and best of all - good writing (and good reading)!
